Late Payment Policy
Updated November 20, 2025
I. INTRODUCTION
This Late Payment Policy (the “Policy”) applies to all products and services provided to you (the “Client”, “you” or “your”) by CHARETTE HOLDINGS, LLC., doing business as MIDWEST ACTION NETWORK (“we”, “us”, or “our”); and governs the assessment of late fees, interest, and related charges pertaining to delayed or non-payment. By making a purchase, accepting or requesting an invoice, receiving services, or seeking consultations past the initial thirty (30) minute window granted to new clients, you agree to the following terms:

II. PAYMENT DUE DATE
Payments are due within thirty (30) days upon receipt of invoice, unless otherwise specified.

III. LATE PAYMENT FEES
If payment is not received by midnight on the established payment due date, the Client shall be charged a late payment fee of $54.00. This fee shall accrue monthly until any remaining balance has been paid, or unless otherwise specified by mutual agreement in writing between CHARETTE HOLDINGS, LLC., and you.

IV. INVOICE DISPUTES
Any dispute regarding an invoice must be submitted to us in writing within seven (7) calendar days of the Invoice Date. Failure to timely submit a dispute shall be deemed a waiver of any objection. The submission of a dispute shall not stay or postpone the accrual of late payment fees unless expressly agreed to in writing by CHARETTE HOLDINGS, LLC.

V. PAYMENT PLANS
Payment plans may be available to you upon request. Any such plan is subject to final approval by CHARETTE HOLDINGS, LLC., in our sole discretion. We reserve the right to deny, modify, or revoke any payment plan if you fail to adhere to its terms.
VII. ADDITIONAL ACTIONS
If payment is not received within ninety (90) days, CHARETTE HOLDINGS, LLC., in our sole discretion, may pursue any and all legal remedies available under applicable law to collect the outstanding balance. All associated legal fees, court costs, collection costs, and other expenses incurred by us in connection with any such effort shall be the sole responsibility of the Client.

We may also take any other adverse action we deem appropriate, including but not limited to: (1) interruption; (2) suspension; (3) revocation; or (4) cessation of services.
VIII. MODIFICATION
We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update this Policy at any time. Any such modifications shall become effective upon publication or written notice to the Client.
